OUR FOUNDER

Arrow Services, Inc. (Arrow Pest Control) was founded in 1958 by Everett D. Colvin, whose vision and determination shaped the company into what it is today.

Born in Chicago in 1930 and raised in Indiana, Everett entered the pest control industry working for his father before launching Arrow in Plymouth. Under his leadership, the company grew from a small local business into a respected, multi-state provider.

Everett was also a dedicated community leader — serving as president of the Indiana Pest Control Association, sitting on the Indiana Pesticide Review Board, and staying active in Rotary International, United Way, and other organizations.

He retired as President in 1995 but continued as CEO while pursuing new ventures with his wife Jayne, including building Ev & Jayne’s Irish Inn and the Blarney Stone Restaurant. His passions also included antique cars, aviation, and world travel.

Everett’s legacy lives on through his family and the company he built. Today, Arrow Services remains family-owned and operated — four generations strong — guided by the same values of hard work, integrity, and service.

    Don Green II

    PRESIDENT

    Don has been with Arrow Services since 1974 and is a Certified Bed Bug and Pest Management Professional across Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio. A past President and Board Member of the Indiana Pest Management Association, Don brings unmatched expertise to our team. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, sporting clays, and time with his grandchildren.

    Mike Renfrow

    DISTRICT MANAGER

    Mike began his career with Arrow in 1996 and worked his way up from Service Technician to Service Manager to District Manager. Over the years, he has balanced a successful career with raising two children alongside his wife. Outside of work, Mike enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his dogs.

    Ken Clements

    DISTRICT MANAGER

    Ken joined Arrow in 2019 as a technician in the Plymouth corporate office before transferring to the South Bend branch. In 2023, he moved into a Scheduling role and later advanced to District Manager. Ken is a dedicated husband and father of four who enjoys NCAA football and spending time with his wife, children, and brother.

    Weston Houin

    GENERAL MANAGER

    Weston graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2021 and spent five years in Columbus, Ohio, gaining corporate experience at DHL and Safelite implementing supply chain solutions. Growing up in Plymouth, he worked summers at Arrow as a technician and maintenance worker. Outside of work, he enjoys IU sports and being a husband and father.

    Russell Pratt

    SERVICE MANAGER

    Russell moved to the Plymouth area in 2014 and began working with Arrow Services in 2016. Since joining the team, he has built strong roots in the community and gained valuable experience serving local customers. He now lives in rural Fulton County, where he enjoys spending time with his kids, being outdoors, and fishing the many local lakes and rivers in the area.

  • Johnathan Marra

    SERVICE MANAGER

    Johnathan moved to the South Bend area from South Florida in 2022 and joined Arrow in early 2024 as a service technician. Through strong performance and dedication, he quickly advanced into the role of Service Manager, where he helps lead our team and ensure high-quality service for our customers. Outside of work, Johnathan enjoys building and working on computers, following college football, and spending time on the water whenever he gets the chance.

    Jennifer Shay

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Jen joined Arrow in 2008 as a programmer and has been an important part of the team for more than 15 years. Her dedication and technical expertise have helped support Arrow’s growth and modernization over the years. Outside of work, Jen is a proud mother of four and grandmother of six. Family is at the center of her life, and she especially enjoys spending time with her grandchildren. When she’s not with family, you can often find her relaxing by the beach, one of her favorite places to unwind.

    Marisa Green

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Marisa started her full-time career with Arrow in 2015 after graduating from Ball State University. Her history with the company goes back even further, having worked summers at Arrow from the age of 15 where she first learned the business. She is a proud mother of four and enjoys watching her kids play sports, attending concerts, and taking in basketball games or just about any sporting event.

    REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

    Nick is a graduate of Butler University, bringing a positive, people-focused attitude to his work every day. He enjoys watching sports, detective movies, and comedies, and believes that laughter is the best medicine. Outside of work, Nick values spending time with his family and believes that family always comes first.

  • Jon Bagley

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Jon joined Arrow in 2012 with a strong background in sales and customer service. He previously owned and operated a swimming pool service business in South Florida and takes pride in making customers feel comfortable and confident throughout the service process. Jon and his wife of 27 years have lived in Plymouth for 22 years. He enjoys golfing and spending time with their two sons at sporting events.

    Jim Miller

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Jim joined Arrow Services in 2018 and brings a strong background in sales, management, and advertising. A graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University South Bend, he combines business expertise with a passion for customer service. Outside of work, Jim enjoys fishing and spending time outdoors with his Border Collie, Sadie, as well as raising his identical twin sons.

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Brent joined Arrow in July 2024, bringing with him a background in customer service and sales. He holds a degree in Marketing and Business Management, with a strong emphasis on customer relations. Outside of work, Brent enjoys collecting comic books and expanding his personal collection.

  • Brandon Alexander

    SALES REPRESENTATIVE

    Brandon joined Arrow in 2025 after several years in retail management and customer service, bringing strong leadership skills and a people-first approach to every interaction. He also proudly served six years in the Indiana National Guard, including time spent traveling in support of his military service. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family—especially his fiancée and his sons, John and James. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, watching movies, and following sports.
