Don E. Green II

Don has been with Arrow Services since 1974 . During that period, Don has completed a number of courses of specialized training for exterminators. Don is a Certified Bed Bug and Pest Management Professional in the states of Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio. Don has been involved in Indiana's Pest Management Association by serving as the President, a fellow Board of Director and IPCA Scholarship Committee. In his spare time, Don enjoys playing golf, sporting clays shooting, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Zach Bell

Zach has over 15 years of pest management experience with Arrow Services. During that period, Zach has completed a number of courses of specialized training for exterminators, which includes Wood Destroying Insect, Sentricon Colony Elimination Training Program, Audited Account Specialist, and a Bed Bug Specialist to name a few. In his spare him, Zach enjoys hunting, sporting clays, sport shooting and fishing.

Chuck Dreibelbis

Chuck has 34 years of pest management experience with Arrow Services. During that period of time Chuck has completed a number of courses of specialized training, that include, AIB International Food Safety for Warehousing and Distribution, Purdue University Integrated Pest Management for Schools and Childcare Facilities, Bird Barrier Certified Bird Control Specialist Program, and the Sentricon Colony Elimination Training Program to name a few.

Utilizing his training, Chuck can be found working with fellow Pest Management Professionals, problem solving with customers, and providing helpful hints online at “Checking in with Chuck”. In his spare him, Chuck enjoys riding his motorcycle, spending time with his grandchildren, and being involved in his Church.

Terry Kernel

Terry joined the Arrow  team in 2017. He started his career in Pest Control in 1991 and has worked in sales, service and management.  He holds pest control certification for homes, businesses, hospitals, healthcare, schools, as well as home and business inspections for termites. He continues ongoing certification in pest control solutions. Terry has completed a number of courses of specialized training for exterminators, which include Wood Destroying Insect and Sentricon Colony Elimination Program. In his spare time, Terry enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and traveling.

Brad

Brad’s career in Pest Management began in 1992, and has been a member of the Arrow team since 2012. During that time Brad has completed a number of courses of specialized training, that include, General Pest Insects, Wood Destroying Insect, Sentricon Colony Elimination Training Program, NPMA Food and Beverage Training, and a Bed Bug Certified Specialist to name a few. In his spare time Brad enjoys fishing, gardening, music, and reading.

Jon Bagley

Brad Lane

Jim Miller

Jim Miller Started with Arrow in March of 2018.  Jim is Indiana Pest Management Professional. He comes to Arrow with 35 years of management and customer service experience.  Jim has been licensed in Pest Management, Turf management, Ornamental Pest management. In addition, Jim has additional training in wood destroying insects through the Sentricon Colony Elimination Training Program.  Jim is a proud father of identical twins sons and owner of a rambunctious border collie named Sadie.
